The size of this apartment is 33 pyeong (100 m2), and is amongst the smallest within the complex. The other apartments are 45 pyeong, and 56 pyeong. For the 33 pyeong apartment, two types of rent were available: (i) the full deposit at 170 million wons, and (ii) a partial deposit of 50 million wons and a monthly rent of 720,000 wons. I chose the latter. Shown above is the entrance where the shoes must be taken off. (344.86 KB) Photo viewed 1736 times

I use a 5cm thick latex mattress covered with a korean-style bed sheet and a duvet on top. The bed feels quite warm and comfy in the winter due to the floor being heated with the [[ondol]] system. I'm not too fond of the wallpaper in this room thus :D. I'm looking into changing it. (295.37 KB) Photo viewed 1761 times
