Ichon (or Ichon-dong or Ichon-dong) is an above-average residential district nearby the Han river. As of 2002, the cost was 1 billion Korean wons for a 230 square meter apartment.

Yongsan Neighborhood by Parent. Yongsan station is famous in Seoul for its electronic market. There's also a red light district nearby, but I couldn't find it.. Distance from Ichon: 1.6km NW, 40 pictures.

Itaewon Neighborhood by Parent. Maybe the best adjective to describe the Itaewon neighborhood is 'bizarre'. Itaewon is a market and entertain district bordered by Hannam-dong (a very rich residential area) to the north-east, the Yongsan U.S. Army base to the.. Distance from Ichon: 2km NE, 37 pictures.
