Located north of Asakusa(pics), Minowa is a residential district a bit below the Tokyo average in Taito-ku and Arakawa-ku. It is famous for the red-light area known as Senzoku Yonchome. The latter used to be the famous Yoshiwara in the past and still retains a large number of soaplands and other such establishments. I'm not sure if I could find the red-light zone thus, since it supposedly looks just like average streets -- sorry :D.
